Why?
Service is setting aside our needs and ministering to those around us. God has called each and every one of us as believers to go and serve.
Where?
Listed above in the drop down menu of the ministries tab are several areas that you can get involved with. There are some areas that in desperate need of volunteers. If you enjoy working with students or kids there are several aspects of those areas that need help. As well as several other places.
How?
Click on our staff page to contact one of the staff here at FBC Lake Alfred and we will be glad to give you more information or put you in touch with a leader of that area. Some areas do require prerequisites before serving, such as background checks and experience in certain areas.
This area involves everything from nursery aged children through Preschool and fifth grade.

This area involves our students ministry called NOVOUS 517. NOVOUS 517 is Greek for New, and is taken from 1st Corinthians 5:17.

This area of service is everything from singing and playing instruments to running live sound on Sundays. There is a wide range of areas that you can get involved with in the worship ministries at FBC Lake Alfred.
This area includes all ages from 18 to 100+. As the church continues to grow, we are always in need of adult Bible study leaders. These groups mainly meet on Sunday mornings at 9:30. Other times may include Sunday nights and Wednesday nights.
